Easter in the Czech Republic is a fun time.  There are many traditions which are still observed and practiced, especially in villages. Common themes and symbols prevail across the country and Easter symbols are proudly celebrated; hand-painted Easter Eggs, Pussy willow branches, Baby Animals like Lamb, Bunny Rabbit and Chicken are emphasized and the aromas of baked goods such as "Mazanec" (Easter Bread) fill the air of homes.

EASTER BREAD 

Our Easter Bread is made from Imported Czech Flour which lends itself to the silky soft and heavenly aromatic dough. Dried raisins are added, and each bread is braided into a round shapes, topped with sliced almonds and baked. It is finished with a dusting of vanilla sugar.

 

EASTER HAM DINNER 

Ham Butt decorated and bake with pineapple rings and maraschino cherries. Served with mashed potatoes and green beans

Menu options

 

1. Easter Bread "Mazanec" - Our Easter Bread is made from Imported Czech Flour which lends itself to the silky soft and heavenly aromatic dough. Dried raisins are added, and each bread is braided into a round shapes, topped with sliced almonds and baked. It is finished with a dusting of vanilla sugar.

 

2. Chlebicky - The Classic Czech Party Sandwich - Slices of baguette bread spread with apple salad and topped with ham, pepperoni, and cheese. These party favorites are elaborately decorated with condiments of sliced tomato, pickles and fresh herbs.

3. Cheese Balls - 2 Flavors - Bacon Chive and Cheddar Pistachio. Order 8 ounce cheese balls separately or add crackers and a wood cheese spreader

​

4. Ham Dinner - Ham Butt decorated and bake with pineapple rings and maraschino cherries. Served with mashed potatoes and green beans

5. Mac & Cheese - Made with our gourmet cheese spreads. This weeks flavors are Bacon Chive and Garlic Herb with Tomatoes

​

6. Bohemian Donuts - Silky smooth fried butter dough filled or topped with various creams, fruit jelly and sugar 

​

7. Oven Fresh Apple Strudel - This is simply the best known baked product from Europe, and for good reason. Juicy Gala Apples, Golden Raisins nestled in a European pastry crust, baked golden brown. European classic!

8. Chocolate Caramel Popcorn Clusters - Delicious caramel popcorn wrapped in chewy caramel and dipped in milk chocolate

9. Dark Chocolate Sea Salt Popcorn - Caramel popcorn infused with Dark chocolate and coated in sea salt

We are not taking "walk-ins" at this time. Simply call us when you arrive and we will bring your order to your car! Our goal is to limit your social exposure and handling of cash.
